As a two-time MMA world champion I know how to get the maximum out of you. It is not just about your body; your mental resilience matters just as much. I look forward to getting started with you.

“Consistency is what transforms average into excellence”

Amy van Rijswijk

Trainer and coach.

As a teenager I played women’s football at the highest level, which is where my passion for sport began. I am enthusiastic and extremely driven. My strength is building a healthy foundation that fits your lifestyle. A lifestyle that does not feel like a struggle or a temporary fix.

“Work hard, enjoy hard”

Samuel Hovsepyan

Trainer and coach (active elite athlete).

As an elite athlete I have learned how important sport and movement are for your health. That drives me to lead others to a healthier life. My strength lies in my enthusiasm and ability to motivate, which I use to reach your goals together with you.

“Every day 1% better”

Wouter van Bussel

Trainer and coach (active elite athlete).

Sport has given me a great deal in life, in many ways. Discipline, structure, passion and, most important to me, a goal to work towards. I am a driven personal trainer and I am also building my career as an MMA athlete. I show my clients that sport brings positive change to their lives.

“Consistency beats intensity”
