Version of 18 October 2026. This text applies to the website, the app and as an annex to the intake form.
To train with you and send you an invoice, we record some of your data. Below you can read which data, why, who has access and how long we keep it. If you have a question, email info@b-me.info or talk to Bart.
Who is responsible
B-me B.V., Ringbaan Oost 8-12, 5013 CA Tilburg, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 99366827. Bart Dooremalen is your contact for everything to do with your data.
What we record and why
For scheduling and invoicing. Your name, email address, phone number and invoicing details, and per session whether you attended, cancelled and when. That determines what we charge. We need this to carry out our agreement with you. We keep invoices for seven years, as required by the Dutch tax authorities.
For your training. At the start we complete an intake together: your situation, your goals, how you are doing with sleep, nutrition and work. A few times a year we measure your progress, and we keep a training log per session. This lets us tailor your training to you, and you can see for yourself what changes. The trainers who work with you can view this. We keep it as long as you train with us and delete it no later than two years afterwards, or earlier if you ask.
Medical information, only if you want. If you have complaints, an injury or anything about your health we need to take into account, you discuss it with Bart. He is a physiotherapist and the only person at B-me who can see this information. We only record it with your separate, explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Trainers receive at most a practical instruction from Bart, such as “no overhead pressing for now”, without knowing why.
Food and drinks. What you put on your tab at the bar goes on a separate invoice.
Who else has access
- Our accountant, for the bookkeeping.
- Supabase, the company that hosts our database in Ireland.
- Twinfield, our accounting software, and SumUp, our point-of-sale system.
- Microsoft 365 for email, Analystict for the website and Postmark for sending messages from the contact form.
We have agreements on confidentiality and security with these parties. We never sell or share your data with others for marketing. Everything is stored on servers within the European Union.
If you cancel via WhatsApp, you use a service provided by Meta. We do not store your message, only the time of your cancellation.
The WhatsApp button on the site opens WhatsApp on your own phone; we do not store anything from it.
Cookies and the website
Our website uses no analytics or tracking cookies and no advertising cookies. We do not measure who visits the site. The fonts on the site come from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address. Messages from the contact form are sent via Postmark and arrive in our mailbox at Microsoft 365. If you log in to our app, a cookie is set to keep you logged in; that is needed for the app to work.
How we protect your data
Every trainer has their own login and only sees the people they train. Medical data is technically shielded from everyone except Bart. Amounts are calculated in the database, not in the app, so they cannot be tampered with. Everything is backed up daily.
Your rights
You can always ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. We are required to keep invoices for seven years; everything else we delete on request. If you want to take your data elsewhere, we send it to you in a readable file. Email info@b-me.infoand you will receive a reply within a month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Newsletter and messages
As a client you may occasionally receive a message from us about B-me. Every message tells you how to unsubscribe. If you are not a client, we only email you if you have asked us to.
Changes
If anything changes in how we handle your data, we update this text and let you know. Last change: 18 October 2026.
